A practical, non-diagnostic equipment policy.
In many hoof-care settings, radiographs are used to support farrier decisions such as shoe fit, hoof balance, breakover, sole depth awareness, and mechanical planning. That is different from veterinary diagnosis.
TED Technologies does not sell radiographic equipment for unlawful use or for non-veterinarians to provide veterinary diagnosis. Where non-veterinarian use is permitted, it must remain non-diagnostic and within the user’s lawful professional scope.
State rules vary
Some jurisdictions may require veterinary order, supervision, registration, inspection, or use by an authorized professional.
Training is expected
Buyers should document radiation safety training, operator authorization, registration, and state-specific requirements.
Diagnosis stays veterinary
Veterinary interpretation, diagnosis, treatment decisions, and medical advice should come from a licensed veterinarian.

Because regulations are state-specific, TED Technologies does not publish a blanket list of states where non-veterinarian use is allowed. A state list can become outdated quickly and may miss important local, board, facility, or supervision requirements.
